Muse of Fire is an Irish independent production company with a distinctive approach to filmmaking called Psychologically Realistic Cinema. 

Our films incorporate extensive research and are crafted to be as psychological realistic as possible.

We believe that a film can be realistic and still entertain, still be a movie. But to work, it’s not enough to be realistic in the sense of showing life as we see and hear it everyday, we need to see more than we would normally see. Our guiding principle is that if psychological realism reaches a certain depth and intensity, it wakens our interest in who and what we are, generates a different kind of dramatic interest.

The Company

Muse of Fire was founded in 2024 by Philip Curry. Philip is from North Dublin, has a PhD in Psychology and currently works at Trinity College Dublin.
